Redesigning Amazon Partnerships

Be a great brand on Amazon. Without becoming an Amazon company.

Wholesale brands deserve a real partner on Amazon. Not a retainer-driven agency. Not a faceless reseller. Scaleious operates your full Amazon presence, invests our own capital in your inventory, and handles every customer touchpoint. You stay focused on making great products.

The Problem

Three reasons wholesale brands struggle on Amazon.

01

You sell wholesale. Amazon expects DTC speed.

Your team handles pallets and cases. Amazon FBA expects eaches, two-day delivery, and a return rate you have to absorb. The operational mismatch eats margin and creates account health risk.

02

Listings sit underbuilt because nobody owns them.

A great wholesale brand can have terrible Amazon listings. Generic photos. Skipped A+ content. Keywords that miss. Most teams do not have a person whose only job is to fix that and keep fixing it.

03

An agency retainer protects the agency.

Most Amazon agencies charge whether your product sells or not. Their incentive is to keep you on the contract. Yours is to grow. A misalignment hidden inside every recommendation they make.

What We Do

Three things, done completely.

01

We elevate your brand on Amazon.

Storefront design. Optimized listings. A+ content development. Advertising campaigns. We make your brand show up like an established player, not an experiment. We gain market share while you focus on manufacturing quality products.

02

We invest in your inventory.

We align our goals by directly investing in your inventory. We all win together. Our success comes with your success.

03

We handle the rest.

Returns, questions, edge cases. We handle it all. Our job is to make sure our joint customers become raving fans, repeat buyers, and brand ambassadors.

The Scaleious Method

A five-step process. One partnership.

Every brand we operate moves through the same five phases. Here is what each one means.

01

Discover

A 20-minute fit call. We learn about your product, your margins, and your category. If there is a real fit, we move quickly.

02

Invest

We agree on commercial terms. Scaleious purchases your inventory directly. You get paid. We assume marketplace risk from there.

03

Build

Listings, A+ content, storefront, ad accounts, photography direction. We build your full Amazon presence from the ground up.

04

Operate

Daily marketplace operations. Bid management. Pricing. Customer service. Reporting. The whole machine running.

05

Scale

As sales grow, our investment grows. New SKUs. New categories. The partnership deepens.

The founders

You work with the people who own the company.

Richard Toms
Richard Toms
Founder & Principal

25 years of P&L ownership across foodservice operations, specialty product sales to Fortune 500 manufacturers, multi-state distribution, and direct-to-consumer subscription commerce.

For the last seven-plus years he has served as a C-suite operator across a portfolio of e-commerce businesses, leading financial and operational strategy and closing multiple acquisitions on both the buy and sell sides. The discipline that comes with running a subscription P&L, every dollar tracked by SKU, by channel, by week, is the same discipline we bring to your marketplace operation.

Isabella Toms
Isabella Toms
Principal & Account Lead

Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Georgia Southern University. Isabella leads account management for every brand we operate. She is the person who knows your product, your seasonality, and your priorities. The person you call when something needs to move.

She brings a communications-first instinct to brand work, paired with the discipline of consistent client outreach: listing copy that reads, A+ content that converts, and a brand voice that holds together across the marketplace. She owns every brand relationship we have.

Scaleious is intentionally small. We are not a mass-machine agency with hundreds of accounts and rotating junior coordinators. We take on a select number of brands and we operate them ourselves. Most of the brands we work with are family businesses. So is Scaleious. “Our family is your family” is not a tagline. It is a description of how the work actually gets done: directly, personally, by the same two people from the first call to the tenth quarter.

Common questions

What brand owners ask us.

How does the partnership work financially?

We buy your inventory and we manage the marketplace. There is no service fee. We make our margin inside the marketplace, which means we only succeed when you do.

What do you need from a brand to move forward?

Healthy margins, a product that can compete on Amazon, and a brand owner who wants a real partner. We talk about the math openly during discovery. We represent only quality brands with dependable manufacturing. Our partners must be prepared to scale.

What if a product underperforms?

We own the inventory and we treat the problem as ours. We adjust pricing, advertising, and positioning. We do not walk away from a sell-through problem because our capital is on the line too.

How long does the build phase take?

Typically 4 to 6 weeks from agreement to first listings live. The 90-day timeline above gives you a precise picture of milestones along the way.

Do you operate Walmart as well as Amazon?

Yes. Walmart Marketplace launches in parallel with Amazon under the same partnership. One partner, two channels, one operational plan.

Can we see references?

Yes, during discovery. We do not list our partner brands publicly. They did not sign up to be marketing assets. If you are evaluating Scaleious seriously, we will introduce you to a brand owner currently operating with us.

Free Marketplace Brief

A brand-specific look at your Amazon channel. Free.

Submit a brief picture of your brand and we will deliver a personalized Amazon Marketplace Brief within three business days. Hand-finished by our team. No obligation. No sales pitch.

  • Your Amazon presence, summarized. Listings reviewed, top performers identified, visible category gaps surfaced.
  • Competitor landscape in your categories. Key competitors reviewed for revenue, ratings, FBA status, and what they are doing differently.
  • Directional revenue projection. A current run-rate estimate and a forward projection anchored to comparable brands in your category.
  • Remediation priorities. A prioritized list of issues we surface in your current Amazon presence.
  • Three paths compared. Self-manage with FBM, self-manage with FBA, or partner with us. Cost and labor implications for each.

We respond within three business days. Your information is never shared.

Want to talk to a founder?

If you would rather skip the audit and just have a conversation, we will make that happen. 20 minutes. No pitch.
